Dr. Reddin is a solution-oriented coach with 20+ years of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations. She has extensive experience using assessments to help leaders increase self-awareness and gain insights, working with leadership teams to understand and improve team and organizational dynamics, and providing high touch development support in the form of coaching and development planning. In addition, she has extensive experience leading global teams, creating and implementing Leadership & Development strategy, creating and implementing global programs and succession planning, and leading organizational change. 


Dr. Reddin has a pragmatic, solution-focused style when working with leaders. She applies her expertise in human and organizational behavior, as well as her business savvy to help leaders quickly identify the heart of the matter, and implement effective and sustainable behavioral change. She has experience working in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, financial, healthcare, legal, and non-profit.
